Leadership Development Process 2025
Are you wanting to grow in leading yourself and others? LDP is a transformative process experienced in community.
Applications for the Leadership Development Process 2025 are now open!
We are planning to run LDP in Auckland and Hamilton. We are also taking expressions of interest for other locations.
The Focus
- Intimacy with God and others.
- Building God’s Kingdom in all we do.
- Taking practical steps of faith together.
The Format
- Group meeting which includes dinner (3hrs).
- Practical assignment (1-2hrs).
- Peer to peer processing time (1hr).
Who is Eligible?
- Those who have been working for at least one year.
The Cost
- Rego fee of $75.
- Dinner at the group meeting (we usually make a group UberEats order at ~$25-$30 each, or you can BYO).
The course is made of up 8 topics covered over 9 months.
Auckland
Our monthly group catch-ups will be on the following Tuesday evenings at Auckland Bible Church (3 Ngaire Ave, Epsom).
Arrive from 6pm for dinner, formalities from 7-8:30pm.
