Work done for God’s glory

All work should be done for the glory of God.

So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” 

1 Corinthians 10:31

So whether you are a pastor, missionary, dentist, lawyer or ditch digger you are to do good work that honours God and contributes to human flourishing. The work we do can be a significant way in which we love our neighbour as we help provide goods and services that meet their needs

Work that fits you

Your twenties are a time to discover who you are, what you are good at, what you don’t do well. So don’t stress about finding the perfect job or feel like you are charting the course of your life for the next 40 years. Land that first job and go from there.

You want to discover the work that fits with the way God has designed you and the passions of your heart. What are you good at, what seems to come easy for you that others comment on?
