Understanding our own needs and pain allows us to have compassion on ourselves and others. Embracing and sharing our brokenness allows for deep connection with others.

  • Where are you currently struggling with thoughts of self condemnation?
  • What would Jesus have to say to you as it relates to your self-contempt?
  • Do you have a friend struggling with a cycle of sin and the shame that comes with that?
  • How could sharing your own process with a friend help him/her be set free?

Take a step of faith to share some of your own process and ask to share the Needs Cycle with him/her. If he or she wants to, explore his or her need and pain and the freedom that comes in Christ.
