Photography and Media
By attending a WorkLife event, you agree that we may take photographs, and record audio and video during the event. We may use this material for promotional purposes (e.g. on our website, social media, or printed material).

Registration and Payment
Your place at the event is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to change event details (including venue, date, schedule, or speakers) without notice.

Refunds
Some events may require a registration fee. This may include a non-refundable deposit to help cover setup or planning costs. Refunds on the remaining balance (above the deposit) are available up to 7 days before the event. After that, refunds may still be considered if we have not incurred significant costs (such as prepaid accommodation), but are not guaranteed.

Emergency Medical Care
By attending the event, you give permission for WorkLife staff or volunteers to seek emergency medical, ambulance, or hospital care for you if they believe it’s necessary. We will do our best to contact your emergency contact if necessary, but this may not always be possible. WorkLife cannot be held responsible for any delays or outcomes related to emergency care.

You agree to be responsible for any medical, hospital or ambulance costs that may arise.

Liability Waiver
We take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment at our events. However, by attending, you accept that you do so at your own risk. You agree not to hold WorkLife, its staff, or volunteers responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, or misfortune that may occur to you or your property.
