Nigel has spent 37 years working at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, where he develops lifesaving respiratory equipment for newborns. He has spent much of his career using his creativity and problem‑solving skills to projects that make a real difference in people’s lives.

While studying engineering, he began exploring questions of meaning and purpose, which is where his journey of faith in Jesus began. Since then, he’s been passionate about walking alongside others as they discover what faith could look like in their own lives and workplaces.

He loves opening the Bible with people who are curious about it, finding wisdom and insight that connects with everyday life. Outside work, he enjoys cycling, reading, and relaxing with family. He’s married to Shirley and has three grown children.
