Leadership development process 2026

LDP Group discussion

What’s Involved?

Each month, we meet as a group over dinner to explore a new topic. The themes span three key areas:

  • Intimacy with God
  • Relational connection with others
  • Building the Kingdom

Some of our most popular topics include how faith integrates with work, and how to disciple others in everyday life.

Between meetings, you’ll complete a short assignment (1–2 hours a month) to help put learning into practice. You’ll also meet one-on-one with another participant for peer feedback. This is consistently one of the highlights for those who’ve done the process.
